Ultramac
is an Ohio based Native American owned and operated Small
Disadvantaged Business (SDB) that is 8(a) certified by the
Small Business Administration. Since its founding in 1994,
Ultramac has concentrated primarily on providing technical
and administrative staff augmentation in the areas of environmental
remediation, information technology, project management, quality
assurance, facilities support, technical training, and computer/communications
hardware and software commodities support to government and
private sector clients. Ultramac has provided extensive staff
augmentation involving a wide range of scientists, engineers,
analytical technicians, program schedulers, technical writers,
quality assurance/control personnel, procurement specialists,
data entry technicians, administrative assistants, secretarial/clerical
personnel, database designers, systems administrators, programmers,
computer operators, and training specialists.
Ultramac has been awarded environmental remediation
/ management support contracts by the Navy at Base Realignment
and Closure (BRAC) sites in Adak, Alaska and Mare Island Naval
Shipyard in Vallejo, California. Work on those major contracts
involved asbestos remediation, unexploded ordnance (UXO) intrusive
investigation by excavation, UXO disposal, and environmental
field screening / sampling. Ultramac is now rapidly expanding
its business base, with an office in Virginia, and offices
in California and Hawaii (soon to open). Ultramac is a financially
stable company with an established operating line of credit
through the 1st National Bank of Southwest Ohio. |
